payment

• 30% deposit after booking (received after 5 days at the latest)

• Payment of the balance before arrival (bank transfer) or on the day of arrival (in cash)

Check in/ Check out

• The apartment can be occupied from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival

• Check-out of the apartment no later than 12.00 p.m. on the day of departure

cancellation

• up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee

• 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40%

• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70%

• in the last week: 90%
